The Clay County Impact Fee Ordinance calls for review of the Impact Fee Schedule no later than July 14, 2013.  The School District executed an updated Impact Fee Technical Report in November 2011 following the release of the 2010 census data.  District and County Staff have met and reviewed the report.  Board of County Commissioners’ update of the ordinance requires School Board resolution.

Discuss the November 2011 School Impact Fee Technical Report, agree on Impact Fee amounts, and authorize submission of the Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners.
